Brewed to celebrate Vessel Beer Shop's birthday, Katie and Sam came over
to the brewery to lend a hand in the making of this beer. They wanted a
beer based on one of their personal favourites of our previous brews,
Islands in Space. This Sour IPA packs a celebratory pop with a vineous
dry hop of New Zealand Nelson Sauvignon, Australian Galaxy and
Californian Citra making the beer's flavour character similar to that of
champagne.
