Turn the lights down low and watch this can glow as you feast upon a frightfully fruity, bright green gose. Oozing with fresh lime, lemon juice & zest, this vegan friendly modern sour beer is spooktacularly tart, and not for the faint of heart…

 

Our latest fruited gose features a malt base made up of Heidelberg malt, wheat and oats, with a fruit combination of sour cherry and pear. 

Mouth-watering aromas of Haribo cherries and a hazy pink hue are followed by a full, citrusy fruit body with splashes of pink grapefruit and watermelon-esque refreshment. Tang-tastic!

 

 

Physalis, Lychee and Ginger create a wonderful exotic fruit blend which is easy drinking and crushable. Getting the balance just right was no easy task, but the brew team have nailed it.

This time we’ve hooked up with Sweden’s finest, our very good friends, Stigbergets Bryggeri to make up a PINK Triple Fruited Gose with a nod to Stigberget’s home turf.

Raspberry is up first bringing it's classic sweet, tart and earthy goodness. Next up is Lingonberry, stepping in with a smack of drying sourness, heady fragrance and almost fluorescent hue! Finishing this triple fruited affair we have Damson. Rich, sweet and fleshy and rose aroma.

Fruited Pastry Gose with Blueberry, Sudachi and Vanilla.

We've been cooking this collab up with our chef friend Norbert Piszkor for so long it might have just been a dream. Still, the beer is finally here: an insane amount of blueberry, a special Japanese citrus called sudachi, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, a pinch of lactose and salt from Praid set the tone in our first gose.

Succulent bursts of Ribena wash over a tart, rhubarb backbone. These two fruity flavours not only sing well together but are complimented and brought to life by a touch of sea salt and a sherbety fizz.

This supremely refreshing gose flows in layers of vibrant papaya, zesty lime and sharp, salty freshness. Mosaic, Azacca and Ekuanot have got the dry-hop jazz for welcome bitterness and tropical depth.

Mango takes the centre stage bringing sharp tropics, a touch of bitterness and works with the oats, lactose and salt to bring a big thick jammy consistency. Raspberry turns the beer a deep red, brings even more jammy qualities and a zing of tartness. Blueberries brings sweet juiciness and just a little more jamminess for good measure!

🍇🍒 Cherry • BlackBerry • Blackcurrant • Lingonberry 🍒🍇 Last year we brewed a triple fruited gose with our pals from Lervig ,after a couple of months it developed a real nice shiraz/sweet red wine quality.🍷In this incarnation of our triple fruited gose we've selected the fruits to intentionaly chase that characteristic. Blackcurrent provides sweetness and tartness, blackberry gives full, dark juicy tones, cherry comes in with a round sweetness and lingonberry giving a slightly dry finish. All of this is backed up with our triple fruited gose's signature salinity, sourness and thick body! ✨

A refreshing, tart and organic spring gose.

Brewed for our 5th birthday, this beer is a present to you and ourselves! We've taken our Triple Fruited Gose recipe and packed it with nothing but Boysenberry! Boysenberry is a fruit we have always sampled to use in our TFG series but never gone for it because of its availability, but being as its our birthday the words "Treat yo' self!" echoed through our minds. The beer pours a deep maroon with a bright pink head, huge berry and candy floss aroma radiates from the beer! The flavour is full of blackcurrant, blackberry, raspberry and loganberry with a full yoghurty thickness and a balanced salinity that rounds all these components together.
