Fruited Pastry Gose with Blueberry, Sudachi and Vanilla.

We've been cooking this collab up with our chef friend Norbert Piszkor for so long it might have just been a dream. Still, the beer is finally here: an insane amount of blueberry, a special Japanese citrus called sudachi, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, a pinch of lactose and salt from Praid set the tone in our first gose.

American Imperial Stout double dry hopped w. Simcoe, Citra and Sabro. Combining two of our absolute favourite things in brewing, thick double mashed imperial stouts and vibrant American hops, Mercury Fountain is a keeper not to miss out.

The agressive hop cocktail of Citra, Sabro, Chinook and Simcoe leads the main aroma notes, whilst the taste has a chewy toffee, chocolate and nougat core layered with citric hop resins; and all these are rounded by a touch of coconut flakes we added to the boil.

Mercury Fountain is an enigmatic experience, a play with our senses, liquid salvation poured in a glass, a true beast and we are super proud to have it unleashed finally.

Music and beer are our universal languages. Thorazine Sunrise is an old friend coming home after long years on the road in a seriously remastered incarnation as a special guest and beer of Fekete Zaj festival. To make this whole cultural noise even deeper, it has to be noted that this strange name of our beer is a fictive album by a fictive band called the Nomatics from Jonathan Franzen' s novel, The Corrections.
