We love drinking Track IPAs, so it's a pleasure teaming up with them to
do some science and have some fun. We've managed to get hold of the
first ever Strata® CGX™ hops in Europe, a new cryogenic concentrated
lupulin form of an already hero-status hop. In addition to Idaho 7 and
Citra, plus a special yeast blend, this one's a winner.
An exciting and long awaited collaboration with our friends at
Double-Barrelled! Stemming from a mutual love of big fruited sours, Half
Way There is loaded up with four different fruits, balanced by a touch
of coconut and pink Himalayan salt. The result is an absolute beauty,
with endless passionfruit, juicy pineapple aromas and a sweet vs sharp
showdown.
A coming together of two giant stouts in our barrel store, aged and
blended from a variety of bourbon barrels in perfect fashion. The result
is deliciously decadent, rich with flavour and generous with spicy wood
and vanilla character.
A few weeks ago our friends from the wonderful Old Street Brewery came to visit. The result is our first beer available from today - 5.5% Hazy Pale Ale, THE SOUND OF BLISS. A dream hop contingent of Galaxy, Nelson, Citra and Idaho 7 deliver all the tropical aromas you could hope for, with ripe stone fruit flavours singing all the right notes.
Our first ever Oat Wine is the perfect accompaniment to a brisk winter
day. Oats make up 50% of the grist and provide a substantial and silky
body to this hearty style of beer, as it lingers with warming alcohol.
Expect plenty of burnt sugar, sticky caramel and comforting spicy notes.

Sabrage continues our ever-popular series exploring the Brut IPA style.
This time we’re showcasing a new hop variety called Sabro, which is
native to the USA and causing lots of excitement. Expect an alluring and
complex blend of fruity and citrus flavours with the trademark bone-dry
finish.
Milkshake IPA with Mango, Passion Fruit, Coconut & Cypress Wood
Inspired by Vincent Van Gogh and created in collaboration with Tate
Eats, this Milkshake IPA is ambitious, innovative and most importantly,
delicious. Coconut, passion fruit and mango work in harmony to deliver
full-on fruit with a cocktail vibe. Cypress wood (strongly associated
with Van Gogh) tempers the sweetness and makes this beer eminently
drinkable.
