We love drinking Track IPAs, so it's a pleasure teaming up with them to
do some science and have some fun. We've managed to get hold of the
first ever Strata® CGX™ hops in Europe, a new cryogenic concentrated
lupulin form of an already hero-status hop. In addition to Idaho 7 and
Citra, plus a special yeast blend, this one's a winner.

This beer packs a punch. Packed full of Citra & Nelson, expect intense flavours of citrus, stone fruit and Passionfruit.
Using
3 new hop ingredients to us - experimental variety HBC 586, New
Zealand grown variety Nectaron and SPECTRUM Citra - this DIPA is
absolutely punching with waves of tropical fruits and a silky smooth
mouthfeel.
LHG (UK) x Saint Mars Of The Desert (UK) - This Is The Way
In light of some of the amazing
Belgian styles coming out of their lovely brewery in Sheffield, we
decided we couldn’t not brew a Belgian Style Pale for our collab with
Saint Mars Of The Desert. Brewed with a hefty helping of
Hallertau Mittelfrüh Leaf in the kettle and fermented on a Belgian Ale
yeast, bringing notes of banana, pepper and clove.
LHG (UK) x Newbarns (UK) - We Celebrate
For our take on an absolute
classic of UK brewing, with the help of legends in the field of
traditional styles, we used an all English hop bill and complex grist,
made up of 5 different malts to brew a Dark Ruby Mild. Deep ruby in appearance, with
intense, balanced flavours of rich, chocolatey malt and dark fruits. A
gorgeous, bittersweet beverage that leaves nothing to the imagination.

And last, but definitely not least, an IPA with our friends from Manchester and legends in the haze world.. Track. No messing around with this dry
hop. Idaho 7, Simcoe, El Dorado and Cashmere in all their glory,
bringing lashings of juicy passionfruit and fresh pine to a heavenly
malt base made up of Maris Otter, wheat, oats and chit malt. The Good Times completes our
birthday line up and is best enjoyed with friends in party hats (we did a
lot of this at our birthday party this weekend).
For those that loved our Birthday No 2 beer. We've bumped up the abv
& the body, thrown in some extra strawberry, seasoned it with
spatterings of lemon zest and balanced that tart acidity with milk sugar
to add a little residual sweetness. The result is a strawberry,
sherbert daydream. If that sounds like your thing, then get involved!
All That Awaits - Gold Top DIPA - Citra, Enigma &
Cashmere - A deep malt base of Extra Pale, Wheat and a generous helping
of Rolled Oats create a creamy full body. An addition of Lactose brings a
smooth decadence. On top of this, we piled on lashings of Citra, Enigma
& Cashmere. The result is a thick, blazing yellow daydream with
notes of Honeydew, Candied Orange and Ripe Peach. The finish is long and
sweet with a delicate bitterness and a floral note of sweet woodruff.
