A
classic German Pilsner grist made up of pils malt, Haná and Chit makes
for a delightfully light, crisp and sparkling base that thrives with a
light dusting of Idaho 7 and Simcoe hops in the whirlpool. We fermented
nice and slow with our house lager yeast, allowing each aspect of the
beer to stand alone and shine. The result is a fresh and
instantly refreshing West Coast Pils. Crisp, bready and herbaceous but
countered with subtle classic west coast attributes; bitterness, fresh
hops, pine and tropical fruit.
Hazy India Pale Lager brewed in collab with Cerveses La Pirata!
San Diego's Modern Times joined us for the 11th in a series of
collaborations celebrating our first festival, Friends & Family
& Beer. Inspired by Ice, their classic Pilsner, we brewed a Pils
dry-hopped with the bold and distinctive New Zealand hop Nelson Sauvin.
It greets you with all the hallmarks you'd expect from the style before
delivering a modern, flavoursome flourish.
Bubble Vision is a Double India Pale Lager. Brewed with heaps of Citra and Mandarina Bavari. Get Lifted is a 5.6% pale brewed with Columbus, Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy and Simcoe.

A base of Pils, Vienna and caramalts provide a biscuity foundation which is overlaid with Ella, Mosaic and Chinook.
We decided on a really easy drinking style; a Germanic Kolsch! We loaded
it with some fruity hops, Hersbrucker, Huell Melon, Galaxy to be
precise and topped them off with a cooler-like fruit combo of raspberry,
honeydew melon.
Session Raid is a hoppy, light and pilsneresque 4% Session India Pale Lager.
