This IPA is brewed in partnership with New Balance to celebrate the 40th
anniversary of manufacturing at the New Balance Flimby Factory.
The beer is bright, tropical and citrussy with a heady mix of Vista,
HBC586, Simcoe and Sabro hops, and indeed rain water collected from
Flimby.
Extending outside of the liquid, Thom Hobson (DEYA artist) has also designed a one-off New Balance shoe.
A plum & amaretti semifreddo sour made in collaboration with the pastry specialists from Poland Maltgarden.
This collaboration with Virginia's Adroit Theory and UK party metal band Footprints in the Custard is our biggest and most metal beer yet. A huge varied grain bill entices your local neighbourhood bears but scares them off with the coconuts, the chocolate and the overall deliciousness. For adult human consumption only.
Water, Barley (Gluten), Oats, Belgian Candi Syrup, Dark Muscovado Sugar, Toasted Coconut, Liquid Cacao, Hops, Yeast
This one has all of the stone fruit and tropical fruit that you could
want. The guys from Amundsen suggested that we dialled up the juice and
we duly obliged. To that end we threw three different formats of Citra,
El Dorado, Idaho 7 and Strata at this DIPA. That equals a hazy bomb that
spits out flavours of fizzy peach ring, pineapple, passion fruit and
guava and it's a delight.
Dry hopped triple IPA with Galaxy & Idaho 7.
There
are few breweries we'd break our sour hiatus for. But our friends at
Pastore produce some of the most exciting and impactful sour beer in the
UK, so how could we resist?
Our
first fresh sour in two years uses Citra and Rakau hops to complement
additions of passion fruit, grapefruit and lime, creating a vibrant,
refreshing Sour IPA.
Together with our Greek brothers from Seven Island Costas and Lefteris,
we brewed a monstrous stout. Both worlds collide, with their Xocomisu
and our own Smeerolie Coconut, we created a intense and unique
experience across 5 different grains. this time we left lactose aside
and allowed the base beer to shine, through its expressive 13% ABV and
60 IBUs. It's a fantastic beast, and you now know where to find it!
The beer was brewed in Portobello, Edinburgh, using a mixed fermentation
base sour and barrel-aged in Bruichladdich casks for nine months to
infuse it with the iconic character of Bruichladdich’s unpeated Islay
single malt. The depth of flavour from the casks provides delicate notes
of sweet oak and barley, while the addition of hand-picked lemon balm
foraged locally from Islay and Scottish heather honey create a perfect
balance of tart acidity and smoky-sweetness.
In a combined effort to strive for a better future, every litre of beer
sold will fund 1,000 litres of clean water to communities around the
world through Brewgooder’s ‘Billion Pint Pledge".
A collaboration with Romanian brewery Bereta. Beer brewed with barley
malt and fluffy oatmeal, cold hopped, kettle and tank hopped, and
treated to our proprietary secret sauce protocol. Hopped with CryoPop,
Citra and Mosaic hops.
This time we created a masterpiece Triple New England style ipa with a west coast twist clocking at 9.3% abv !!

The result is that this rad brew is an out of this world tropical hop
bomb with full body and silky mouthfeel, flooded with ridiculous big
pineapple,mango and passionfruit aromas !!!
We named this beer “Guardians of Ethos“ to
emphasize on the continuous efforts we put all the time to always
provide the best beer possible to all of you out there and doing that
using only pure love and passion when brewing with our friends from
Alesmith !!!
For this collaboration we have brewed a full-bodied classic barley wine
to which we added many classic Rodenbach ingredients after fermentation,
such as cranberry, elderberry and sour cherries. This has resulted in a
beer with a unique taste dimension. At first you taste the full-bodied
barley wine with its maltiness and ripe fruits, after which the nicely
balanced, classic Rodenbach acidity comes up and you can clearly taste
the cranberry and sour cherries.
