We were joined by Wild Card brewery to brew a west Coast IPA. As well as using traditional bittering hops, we added citra and zythos to create some enjoyable twists of grapefruit, tangerine and pine.

A big, unapologetic West Coast TIPA. US classics Chinook and Cascade take hold with their intense and sticky resinous character and Azacca finishes with its uncompromising fresh zesty and passion fruit-like flavours, all laid on luscious, smooth, biscuity and bitter, honey drizzled malt base.

A collaborative three way all English India Pale Ale configuration, constructed and brewed with the valorous DEYA BREW Co and BROOKHOUSE HOPS. Bringing into play the form and structure of the new world IPA alongside the historic roots of the English IPA tradition.

An elementary grist of blended Northumbrian base malt and traditional flaked barley permits a malt back springboard for a sizeable whole cone, 3 step hop addition into kettle using the finest BROOKHOUSE Goldings and Bramling Cross. A post boil steep with Admiral, English Chinook and Bramling Cross is then crowned with a subtle resinous dry hop using Phoenix and Chinook variations.

Continuing our explorative journey through the world of bitter, resinous west coast American IPA's this DIPA doesn't shy from the classic 'C' hop punch... but the play is firmly weighted towards Simcoe and Idaho 7. Expect big grapefruit, pineapple, and pine with every sip.
