A beer created in collaboration with Birbant Brewery. The previous
results of our collaboration were quite successful (7 Bridges Pacific
Triple IPA) so we decided to transfer the idea of the recipe to the new
brewery. As a result, the brewers used a brilliant selection of hops
that provides a great balance between green fruits like gooseberries,
grapes and limes and stone fruits and tropical fruits. Fermentation was
carried out with the aromatic Hydra yeast strain, which brings lots of
mango flavors. Expect a heavy dose of hops, as much as 30g/l.
Art +52 New England DIPA is the result of cooperation with the Kiev brewery Varvar.
Purebred hops (Motueka and Pacifica from New Zealand's Freestyle Hops farm) and Mosaic were thrown into a whirlpool and used during cold hopping. The unique yeast (aromas of mango and citrus) is due to Canadians from Escarpment. An interesting fact in the composition is buckwheat, a rare addition, smuggled into style by our friends from Ukraine.
DIPA – Dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado & Vic Secret.
A collaboration with Romanian brewery Bereta. Beer brewed with barley
malt and fluffy oatmeal, cold hopped, kettle and tank hopped, and
treated to our proprietary secret sauce protocol. Hopped with CryoPop,
Citra and Mosaic hops.
Fifteen” is characterized by a distinct aroma of plums from local
orchards near Wrocław. Its solid base is the Saison-style base aged in
barrels. During the brewing of Wild #15 we used barley malt, wheat malt
and oatmeal. In addition, we conditioned it in the bottle for six months
to give it its unique character.
Triple Fruited Gose time! We snuck in a second collab with Stu Mostow
from Poland and things got a little fruity in the brewery... This
edition is brewed with guava and raspberry and is a little more sour
than the previous iterations, with a sharpness from the raspberries. The
guava adds a rounded sweetness to the flavour, and the body is thick
smoothie goodness. Hurry up Spring sunshine!
Big tropical aroma from the Mosaic, Ekuanot, Citra & El Dorado with a
crisp dry finish. This one is a big hitter, clocking in at 30G/.
