The juicy tang of Passionfruit and Apricot nectar paired with a silken, viscous body and lightly salty, delicately drying finish.Sumptuously solero-esque and moreish as sin. Pic credit by William Harris.
The leaves begin to fall, and a cool, crisp breeze fills the autumn air,
all of which can only mean one thing… The return of Blueberry Pumpkin
Spice Latte.
Anything but basic, this modern sour beer hits the spot in any weather,
but the sweet, tart blueberries and warming spices of cinnamon, nutmeg
and ginger are best enjoyed as a seasonal sensation. The addition of
lactose creates a smooth mouth feel and sweet vanilla flavour to round
off each sip.
An exciting and long awaited collaboration with our friends at Double-Barrelled! Stemming from a mutual love of big fruited sours, Half Way There is loaded up with four different fruits, balanced by a touch of coconut and pink Himalayan salt. The result is an absolute beauty, with endless passionfruit, juicy pineapple aromas and a sweet vs sharp showdown.
This
time we’ve hooked up with Sweden’s finest, our very good friends,
Stigbergets Bryggeri to make up a PINK Triple Fruited Gose with a nod to
Stigberget’s home turf.
Raspberry is up first bringing it's
classic sweet, tart and earthy goodness. Next up is Lingonberry,
stepping in with a smack of drying sourness, heady fragrance and almost
fluorescent hue! Finishing this triple fruited affair we have Damson.
Rich, sweet and fleshy and rose aroma.
For those that loved our Birthday No 2 beer. We've bumped up the abv
& the body, thrown in some extra strawberry, seasoned it with
spatterings of lemon zest and balanced that tart acidity with milk sugar
to add a little residual sweetness. The result is a strawberry,
sherbert daydream. If that sounds like your thing, then get involved!
