A session pale that’s bursting with fruity aroma with low-to-no bitterness, allowing the hop character to shine. Full bodied with a soft mouthfeel, it’s the perfect introduction to craft beer. Brewed in collaboration with Dungeons & Dragons: Honour Among Thieves.

We've retained lots of flavour and a silky smooth texture in this Vermont Style IPA and made sure its one you ca enjoy time and time again by keeping the ABV nice and low. A mild bitterness and big juicy blast - refresh with Wonderland!

Summer is truly here with this one. A Flake & Sauce ice cream pale ale, so expect raspberry, vanilla and chocolate to give that classic flavour.

This one has all of the stone fruit and tropical fruit that you could want. The guys from Amundsen suggested that we dialled up the juice and we duly obliged. To that end we threw three different formats of Citra, El Dorado, Idaho 7 and Strata at this DIPA. That equals a hazy bomb that spits out flavours of fizzy peach ring, pineapple, passion fruit and guava and it's a delight.

Hopped with Talus, Motueka, HBC 586 & Talus Cryo.

Our signature Hazy IPA, rolled back to a more chilled out 4.20%, with naturally-occurring terpenes (Myrcene, Pinene, Limonene, Caryophyllene & more) to build on the dank & piney flavours of Citra, Strata and Mosaic hops & add a sour, skunky, herbal hit.

A dirt hungry, dual boner collaboration right here… We’ve saddled up with the UK’s premier sound destroying guitar effects pedal demon @fuzzdog_uk to assemble this Model T combo CITRA / MOSAIC India Pale Ale.

Fat, fuzzy and drooping through a pillow of wheat, rye and pale malted barley with a masterful clutch of tropical fruit schematics.

A sweet sonic stomp of apricot, pineapple, red berry crush with a hi-watt bitter grapefruit stinger to boot!

Using a tried & tested hop bill of El Dorado, Amarillo & Galaxy, we've reigned in the sweetness of previous Fresh releases by using a smooth base of barley and oats.
The result is a bouquet of fruity pick n mix on the nose, with clementine oil and sprightly citrus up front, followed by tart passionfruit and rounding out into mellow soft peach. It's 11.2%, but drinks like a 9.6%, tops...

A heady, juicy pale with plenty of jammy orange deliciousness. Loral, Strata and Centennial on the hop exchanges.

Here's the dreamy hop combo of Citra and Strata in a sessionable 4.5% pale ale that's packed with hop depth and punch…

A couple of southern hemisphere beauties merge with two of the newer North American hop varieties in this house style DIPA. Soft, full, fluffy and brimmed with tropics, pine and dank.

Water, Grains (Extra pale, Oat flakes, Malted oats, Wheat, Dextrin), Hops (Citra BBC, Simcoe), Yeast (London Ale III).

This beer might just be dedicated to that special feline in your life. Because when it's not jumping up and down the wall at 3 AM, or bringing you unwanted, precious (almost living) gifts, you just seem to melt into its eyes.

Our flagship core beer - the style we're most well known for, and what we do best. Rosebud is an IPA brewed in the New-England style; the most popular variant of the style in the world. We've hopped this beer with the freshest Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops to create a certified tropical punchbowl of flavour. Strong enough to retain all that incredible flavour and mouthfeel, but sessionable enough to still smash pints of.

A collaborative three way all English India Pale Ale configuration, constructed and brewed with the valorous DEYA BREW Co and BROOKHOUSE HOPS. Bringing into play the form and structure of the new world IPA alongside the historic roots of the English IPA tradition.

An elementary grist of blended Northumbrian base malt and traditional flaked barley permits a malt back springboard for a sizeable whole cone, 3 step hop addition into kettle using the finest BROOKHOUSE Goldings and Bramling Cross. A post boil steep with Admiral, English Chinook and Bramling Cross is then crowned with a subtle resinous dry hop using Phoenix and Chinook variations.

Have you heard that we love to honour the old school here at Polly's? I think we may have mentioned it a few times, but we're gonna shout it one more time just for good measure. The influence of those old school US brewers that turned us onto craft beer when we were forming our own respective journeys into the brewing industry is evident in A New Relic - a pale ale that brings in a solid backbone of classic hop action with Citra, Amarillo, and Comet bringing a three way dance of grapefruit, dank resin and grassy bitterness, before the new school joins the party with Talus imparting incredible tropical, floral and citrus notes to boot. Wrapped up in our own bespoke LA3 yeast strain for maximum new school hop suspension, all hail the pale!

The lightest, the creamy one, Against Pale Milk is a part of music inspired beer series generation. It’s dry hopped with high-aroma strains such as Galaxy, Idaho 7, Mosaic and Simcoe Cryo.

They say you should never meet your heroes... but who cares? Green Cheek are one of the best in the business so we jumped at the chance to brew a California IPA with them. This style of IPA is crisp, clean and refreshing, with pilsner malt making up most of the base. Our good friends Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe and Sabro combine to bring the magic.

Fall Line, packed full of Galaxy & Idaho 7 to create a cacophony of juicy tropical flavours and packing a fruity punch at 5.8%.

Natural Progression // NEIPA // 6.5% - A couple of new kids on the block with this one in a blend of 5 different hops: Bru-1, Strata, Sabro, Mosaic & Amarillo! Oh boy do they deliver a fruit Salad of flavour doused in Piña Colada sunshine. Up front expect a charge of pithy orange & lemon zest, mellowed by soft caresses of peach, guava & pawpaw. Close your eyes, breathe in & let yourself be swept away.

Tuya 2.0 // Table Beer // 3% - Mosaic & Citra hopped table beer.
