⁠It’s a strawberry white chocolate cheesecake pastry sour⁠

Aged for 18 months in wet Bordeaux red wine barrels, Great Armoured One is a blend showcasing seven barrels from different producers. Great Armoured one is the perfect interplay between tart raspberries, earthy oak and ripe vinous fruits.

 

Our latest fruited gose features a malt base made up of Heidelberg malt, wheat and oats, with a fruit combination of sour cherry and pear. 

Mouth-watering aromas of Haribo cherries and a hazy pink hue are followed by a full, citrusy fruit body with splashes of pink grapefruit and watermelon-esque refreshment. Tang-tastic!

Our refreshing set of low abv mixed culture sours have been going down beautifully in the recent hot spell. So well in fact that we're struggling to keep up with production of them!

An exciting and long awaited collaboration with our friends at Double-Barrelled! Stemming from a mutual love of big fruited sours, Half Way There is loaded up with four different fruits, balanced by a touch of coconut and pink Himalayan salt. The result is an absolute beauty, with endless passionfruit, juicy pineapple aromas and a sweet vs sharp showdown.

 

Inspired by one of our favourite desserts, White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake takes indulgence to the next level.
Decadent layers of white chocolate meet raspberry tartness to create an intense flavour combination. The addition of creamy vanilla and lactose creates a rich, thick mouthfeel, all resting on a delicate sour base. 

 

Golden Sour with Buckwheat Honey A collab with our friends from Varvar Brew, based in Kiev, Ukraine All profits donated to aid the humanitarian effort in Ukraine.

 

Physalis, Lychee and Ginger create a wonderful exotic fruit blend which is easy drinking and crushable. Getting the balance just right was no easy task, but the brew team have nailed it.

A mixed culture berliner weisse style beer, fermented with Hornindal Kveik and Lactobacillus, conditioned on blackcurrants.

This time we’ve hooked up with Sweden’s finest, our very good friends, Stigbergets Bryggeri to make up a PINK Triple Fruited Gose with a nod to Stigberget’s home turf.

Raspberry is up first bringing it's classic sweet, tart and earthy goodness. Next up is Lingonberry, stepping in with a smack of drying sourness, heady fragrance and almost fluorescent hue! Finishing this triple fruited affair we have Damson. Rich, sweet and fleshy and rose aroma.

This Golden sour is fermented with a strain of Brettanomyces isolated from a renowned Belgian Trappist brewery.
The strain provides intense stone fruit, peach & apricot characteristics when used for primary fermentation.
This fruit forward base beer was then re-fermented on 200g/L of Spanish white peaches.

Fruited Pastry Gose with Blueberry, Sudachi and Vanilla.

We've been cooking this collab up with our chef friend Norbert Piszkor for so long it might have just been a dream. Still, the beer is finally here: an insane amount of blueberry, a special Japanese citrus called sudachi, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, a pinch of lactose and salt from Praid set the tone in our first gose.

A dark pastry sour brewed with Vault City, conditioned on blackcurrants, raspberries, honeycomb and vanilla.
