A collaborative three way all English India Pale Ale
configuration, constructed and brewed with the valorous DEYA BREW Co and
BROOKHOUSE HOPS. Bringing into play the form and structure of the new
world IPA alongside the historic roots of the English IPA tradition.
An elementary grist of blended Northumbrian base malt and
traditional flaked barley permits a malt back springboard for a sizeable
whole cone, 3 step hop addition into kettle using the finest BROOKHOUSE
Goldings and Bramling Cross. A post boil steep with Admiral, English
Chinook and Bramling Cross is then crowned with a subtle resinous dry
hop using Phoenix and Chinook variations.
locked and loaded double India Pale ale, hop-popped and cocked with a tropical composite of CITRA and CRYO POP.
Nebulous and fuzzy due to a spaffy overdose of oats and wheat with a dry biscuity Maris Otter finial.
