Fruited Pastry Gose with Blueberry, Sudachi and Vanilla.
We've been cooking this collab up with our chef friend Norbert Piszkor for so long it might have just been a dream. Still, the beer is finally here: an insane amount of blueberry, a special Japanese citrus called sudachi, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, a pinch of lactose and salt from Praid set the tone in our first gose.
