Fierce (UK) x Verdant (UK) - Single Hop Project 01: Juicy Citra IPA // 6%
This IPA was brewed to accentuate the citrus and tropical fruit elements
of the CITRA hop strain. Juicy and hazy, the bitterness is kept low by
adding only whirlpool and late dry hops. The A38 yeast adds stone fruit
flavours to the beer, and the addition of a small amount of passion
fruit puree adds an extra flavour dimension.
