"In addition to our house
 malt the beer uses lots of Oats for a soft mouthfeel and some Rye to 
add a little Christmas spice. The hopping features a combination of CTZ,
 Mosaic and Vic Secret for layers of fruit goodness, and lots of piney 
Simcoe to complete the Christmas message. We fermented with London Fog 
yeast to give a slightly sweet finish and ‘pop’ like drinkability."
