In beer, as in life, it is important to take pride in what you do, while having a little fun at the same time. Two Weeks in Florida is all about giving yourself that moment to kick back and stop taking life too seriously. Hoist up your glitter ball, fire up your synthesizer and pour yourself a glass of this juicy delight. We invited pale ale supremos DEYA to Pressure Drop HQ for our March collaboration. For the occasion, we took the opportunity to brew using cryo hops for the first time. The maiden voyage was a success, with Citra, Simcoe & Mosaic hops in cryo powder & T90 pellets working together to create an intense hop aroma. Two Weeks in Florida is a hazy DIPA, that leaves your palate singing with the tropical fruits of the sunshine state. Juicy haze for days, Two Weeks in Florida is time well spent.
