Harvested from a Family-Garden Pear Tree in Denmark and cultivated at the brewery - our Pear-Forward Brett Strain now has a name and this is our first official brew carrying it's beautiful name. Triple Dry Hopped Farmhouse Brett IPA. This is a mash-up; pitting the farmhouse base of the Yeastus Christus against our propensity for Triple Dry-Hopping and then letting our yeast do the talking.
