influence of those old school US brewers that turned us onto craft beer
when we were forming our own respective journeys into the brewing
industry is evident in A New Relic - a pale ale that brings in a solid
backbone of classic hop action with Citra, Amarillo, and Comet bringing a
three way dance of grapefruit, dank resin and grassy bitterness, before
the new school joins the party with Talus imparting incredible
tropical, floral and citrus notes to boot. Wrapped up in our own bespoke
LA3 yeast strain for maximum new school hop suspension, all hail the
